Grace Inacio Named MASCAC Women's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week

BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- For the second time this season, Bridgewater State University sophomore Grace Inacio has been selected as the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Women's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week.

Inacio captured top honors in the 200-meter dash this past weekend at the Tufts Final Qualifier with a time of 24.91 seconds. The Taunton, Massachusetts product's winning time, converted to 24.53 for track size, is tied for 13th in all of Division III as she earned a spot at the NCAA Division III Championships in Birmingham, Alabama.

The MASCAC Track Athlete of the Week honor marks the second of Inacio's career. She was selected MASCAC Rookie of the Week 12 times (seven indoor, five outdoor) during her freshman campaign of 2024-2025.

Inacio will compete in the preliminaries of the 200 at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships on Friday afternoon (5:15 PM EDT) at the Birmingham CrossPlex.
