BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- For the fourth time this season, Bridgewater State University senior Cailey Simard has been selected as the Little East Conference (LEC) Women's Diver of the Week.

Simard captured top honors in the one-meter diving competition this past weekend at a dual meet hosted by Babson College. The Haverhill, Massachusetts product posted a score of 250.15 points to win the event.

The LEC Diver of the Week honor marks the 28th of Simard's career. The three-time Little East Diver of the Year also garnered the accolade seven times last season, nine times in 2023-2024 and eight times as a rookie in 2022-2023.

The BSU women's swimming & diving team wraps up the dual meet portion of the schedule when they host Plymouth State and Clark next Saturday afternoon (2:00 PM) at the Moriarty Pool. Prior to the start of the meet, the Bears will be holding Senior Day festivities.
