DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Jessica Heinen scored 22 points, connecting on a perfect 14 of 14 free throw attempts, to lead Hamline University to a 71-68 win over Bridgewater State College at the Land of Magic Classic in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Senior forward Colleen Feeney (Providence, RI) poured in 24 points to go along with 9 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 blocked shots to pace the Bears. Senior guard Melissa Murphy (Rockland, MA) also finished with 15 points, 6 boards and 2 steals.
BSC held a ten-point lead at halftime (30-20), but gave up 51 points in the second half as Hamline shot 15 for 30 from the floor and 18 for 23 at the free throw line in the final stanza.
Bridgewater (7-2) will take on Wisconsin-La Crosse at 10 AM on Saturday.
