BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- For the third time this season, Bridgewater State University junior Aaron Fowler has been selected as the Little East Conference (LEC) Men's Swimmer of the Week.

Fowler won a pair of individual events and swam on a winning relay squad in the Bears' dual meet at Babson College this past weekend.

The Brookline, Massachusetts native placed first in the both the 50 freestyle (21.85) and 100 freestyle (49.06), and posted a 22.36 leadoff split on the Bears' first place 200 freestyle relay (1:28.82).

The Little East Swimmer of the Week accolade marks the 13th of Fowler's career as he also earned the honors six times as a freshman in 2023-2024 and four times last year as a sophomore.

The BSU men's swimming and diving team wraps up the dual meet portion of the schedule on Saturday afternoon when they host Plymouth State University and Clark University at 2:00 PM from the Moriarty Pool. Prior to the start of the meet, the Bears will be holding Senior Day festivities.
