Bio
Michael Garafola joined the Bridgewater State University football coaching staff prior to the 2025 season following an outstanding four-year career with the Bears. Michael graduated in May of 2025 from BSU with a degree in criminal justice. He appeared in 38 games on the offensive line for the Bears over four seasons and made 29 starts. In 2024, Michael served as a team captain and was selected to the All-MASCAC Second Team from his right tackle position. A native of Bradford, Rhode Island, Michael is currently enrolled in graduate school at Bridgewater State and is working towards a master's in strength and conditioning. He will be working with the running backs this season.
