Julio Adorno joined the Bridgewater State football coaching staff prior to the 2025 season. A dedicated coach, educator, and community leader with a proven track record of success both on and off the field, Julio has coached at Bishop Hendricken High School, where he contributed to four state championships, and at North Kingstown High School, where he helped lead the team to a Division 1 Bowl Championship.

Beyond coaching, Julio serves as a Behavior Specialist with Multiple School Departments in the last 5 years , where he supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. His ability to connect with young people and help them build confidence, discipline, and leadership skills carries over seamlessly into his work in athletics.

He is also the President and Founder of Rhody Elite Athletics, a nonprofit youth football organization committed to providing opportunities for student-athletes across New England. Through Rhody Elite, Julio has created pathways for young athletes to compete, learn life skills, and pursue higher levels of education and athletics while emphasizing the importance of community involvement, mentorship, and personal development.

With over a decade of experience in education, coaching, and leadership, Julio has developed a reputation for building strong cultures, empowering young athletes, and helping players succeed at the next level—on the field, in the classroom, and in life.
