NEW LONDON, Conn. -- Bridgewater State University junior Kyle Ackroyd (Charlestown, R.I.) competed on Friday night at the Silfen Invitational Elite Distance hosted by Connecticut College.

Ackroyd finished 11th in the 10,000-meter run out of a field of 34 runners with a time of 32:38.32.

The BSU men's track & field team will return to action on Saturday, April 19th as the Bears will compete at the Tufts Sunshine Classic.
